Cancellation Policy

LEARN TO SKATE

If you cancel within 2 hours of the lesson start time you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If you don't turn up for the lesson and don't cancel you will be charged a 20% no show fee. This is to help cover our staffing and admin costs and reduce the number of late cancellations & no shows. Our lessons are limited in number and if you don’t cancel you may be stopping someone else from attending.

GENERAL SKATE

We are happy to issue a full refund if you cancel a session space before the session start time. No shows or cancellations once the session has started will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This is to help cover our admin costs and reduce the number of late cancellations & no shows. Our sessions are limited in number and if you don’t cancel you may be stopping someone else from attending.

PARTIES

We are happy to issue a refund of your deposit if you cancel a party up to a week before (less a 10% admin fee). If you cancel within a week of the party your deposit won’t be refunded as it’s unlikely we will fill that slot at such short notice. However, it is possible to move your booking to an alternative date without any additional charges.
